Project Title: Investigation and development of responsive web technology for the purpose of improving physical health

Project Description

The project focused on creating a responsive web application aimed at all levels of fitness to offer a realistic approach to improving physical health. The literature review established the role in which technology can play on people’s health. A focus on the best technologies to use was established first to understand what software would be appropriate for a dynamic web application.

The importance of physical health was then investigated, this was an important narrative to establish as it would justify the projects development if people’s physical health could be proven to be beneficial from more than just an aesthetics point of view.

The application was created and distributed, users provided their final feedback as to how appropriate the application was for improving physical health.

This project looked to establish the importance of physical health and to demonstrate the role in which technology can play to make the challenge easier for all levels of fitness.
